Checklist and Surveying modules
Don't miss anything important
Checklists: Consistency & data collection
- Checklists are flexible, easy to create and pre-create.
- Dfferent answer types guide the response. For example:
Where either yes or no response is required, they are the only binary options available. Where multiple answers can be accepted, checkboxes are given.
Where a number or temperature is required, only those are accepted. - Alerts and additional (child) questions can appear based on responses (with Checklists +).
- Surveying helps to record information and easily compare it to previous ones.
Checklists and Checklists +
Consistent approach and information collection
- Checklists are easy to create. One can be cloned from the previous one, then a new one created by simply adding/remove/edit questions or whole sections.
- Rather than just eliciting a yes/no (tick/untick) binary answer, checklists can require numbers, dates, the option of only one or multiple answers.
- This way checklists can become a powerful tool to collect and record information accurately (with help text on each question).
Agree conditions and attach helpful video
- Terms and conditions can be included. These can be “Please only continue if you have a valid safety certificate. This would need to be agreed to (by ticking) before allowed to continue.
- Checklist instructions can also be included, including a link for a YouTube or Vimeo instruction video. This is over and above help text for individual questions.
Checklist + extras
- Checklists+ adds the ability to for additional (child) questions based on answers of existing questions. For example:
Are any warning lights on? [Yes] [No]. - If the answer is [Yes] then a new question appears.
Please select all the lights which are lit:
[Engine] [Pressure Unit] [Boiler] [Lighting]. - Checklists + also allows notifications to be set, which are triggered on specific answers. For the above question, we could set to fire upon either Engine or Boiler.
- Checklists+ adds the ability to for additional (child) questions based on answers of existing questions. For example:
Surveying
Easy to use the Surveying app
- For surveying properties and infrastructure.
- This guides you to take pictures and add descriptions. If a survey has been previously done, it is easy to do a re-survey. This helps monitor progress or deterioration.
- For properties, a wizard guides you through the survey (for each room) and makes sure you don’t miss anything.
- After completion, the report can be exported in PDF format.
Side by side
Side-by-side pictures to compare with previous surveys.
For properties, this is very useful when tenants are moving out and need to compare property condition, before and after.
For infrastructure, this can be useful when tracking deterioration rates.Extra features with Surveying +
With Surveying +, the app will ‘read’ and list the furniture in a list – this saves time in creating lists.
