Simple to use
Signing In or Out is done using a simple to use app.
- Just select the property for which keys are being taken. The app will tell you where (on the rack) the keys are stored.
- Select the person taking and ask them to sign the screen with their finger.
- When they return, just scan the QR code on key and sign the phone. The QR code will tell you where on the rack to put back the keys.
Safe even if keys are lost
- The QR code attached to the keyring will only give the property’s details is scanned with a logged-in-MaintainPad app. Anyone else scanning the QR code simply gets your website; so they know who the key belongs to.
- The QR code also has partial postcode printed and, location on your rack where keys are normally stored.
