- Simply take a photo or video of the fault, send it with a short description to your property manager via an online portal or app.

Before and After images
The person reporting a fault can take an image (or video) and add create a Work Request.
- Then the Letting Agent (or person assessing the repair) doesn’t need a site visit.
- The contractor performing the repair doesn’t need a site visit to knows which parts are required.
- After the conclusion of the repair, the contractor sends an After image.
- The Work Order can now be closed (or in some cases, it heads for the Validation Required queue).

Using a video description in Report-a-Repair
In addition to a written description, tenants can add more images (up to 4) or using a video, when reporting a repair.
With standard Repair, only one image can be used.
Enhanced Checklists
- Repair comes with checklist functionality, where checklists can be pre-created and attached to jobs.
- With Repair +, notifications can be triggered with specified checklists answers.
- These alerts let management know immediately when a specific answer is entered.
Customer Feedback
Repair + also gives allows you customer feedback after staff or contractor have finished the repair job.
This is available as a stand-alone module. Then it can be applied in any situation where customer service is valued.
