Stock Management is a simple module to keep an eye on who is taking what from the stock room. Everyone is required to scan the QR code attached to the pallet and then sign on the screen (with finger).

This then reduces the quantity still remaining on the pallet. As the quantity reaches below a minimum level, it will inform you to re-order.

Legal document module adds the ability to create a template with your own text, to which digital signatures can be added. The resulting document can be shared using a link or exported as a PDF.

With eTenancy agreements, the legal text has been added. A wizard takes tenants names, deposit amounts, rental and payment schedule. It creates the eTenancy to which digital signatures can be added.
